Ma Wenjing, male, member of the Communist Party of China, is an alumnus of English class 9902, College of Foreign Languages, Taiyuan University of Technology. From September 1999 to July 2003, he studiedEnglish in Taiyuan University of Technology and he is now the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of School of English Studies of Xi’an International Studies University.

From November 2018 to November 2020, he was selected to Baiping village, Zhenping county, Ankang City, a concentrated and contiguous poverty-stricken area in Qinba mountain area by the Organization Department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, where he carried out poverty alleviation work serving as the first Sectary, and made important contributions to helping counties and villages win the battle of poverty alleviation. For two consecutive years, he was awarded the “Excellent First Secretary in the Village” by the Organization Department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Shaanxi Provincial Poverty Alleviation Office, the “Advanced Individual” by Ankang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and the “Outstanding Contribution Award” by Zhenping County for poverty alleviation.
2018年11月-2020年11月由陕西省委组织部选派赴秦巴山区集中连片特困地区安康市镇坪县白坪村挂职担任驻村第一书记，开展脱贫攻坚工作，为帮扶县、村打赢脱贫攻坚战作出了重要贡献。连续两年获评陕西省委组织部、陕西省扶贫办考核“优秀驻村第一书记”，获得安康市委、市政府颁发的脱贫攻坚“先进个人”，获得镇坪县脱贫攻坚“突出贡献奖”。
In the work, adhering to the “researching, innovating” of school motto of TYUT, Ma Wenjing gives full play to his English major and establishes a “five-in-one” support system including education to help the poor. All his behaviors have been publicized and reported by the media such as Learning Power, People's Daily, China Education News, Sohu and Sina, etc, while the “English micro-class one-to-one” series of educational poverty alleviation projects under his guidance have beenselected as “National Education Poverty Alleviation Typical Cases” by the Ministry of Education, truly writing his thesis on the motherland, spending his efforts where the poor people need, and carrying forward the excellent character of TYUT students. Over the years, he has been actively involved in social service work and has been awarded the honor of “Advanced Individual” for social practice in the summer in Shaanxi Province and “Outstanding Contribution Individual” and “Advanced Individual” for the VIP reception service project in the Xi'an World Park.His personal deeds have been publicized and studied as a typical study in his unit.
在工作中，马文静秉承“求实、创新”的太理校训，发挥所学英语专业特长，建立包括教育扶贫在内的”五位一体“帮扶体系，所开展的帮扶工作及个人事迹分别被学习强国、人民网、中国教育报、搜狐、新浪等媒体宣传报道，所指导开展的“英语微课一对一”系列教育扶贫项目入选教育部“全国教育扶贫典型案例”，真正把论文写在祖国大地上，把力气花在贫困群众需要的地方，发扬了太理学子应有的优秀品格。多年来，他积极参与社会服务工作，还先后获得陕西省暑期三下乡社会实践“先进个人”，西安世园会贵宾接待服务项目“突出贡献个人”“先进个人”等荣誉，其个人事迹被作为学习典型在所在单位宣传学习。
