On November 12, 2019, the CFL held the 2019 Teaching Skills Contest for Youth Teachers of Foreign Languages. A total of eight youth teachers from the CFL participated in the competition, seven senior teachers were invited as judges, and the rest of the faculty staff observed the competition.

The competitors were comprised of German teachers, Japanese teachers, Russian teachers as well as English teachers, whose teaching performance exhibited the characteristics of foreign language majors in a professional and multilingual way. This contest further improved teaching level of foreign language teachers, and laid a solid foundation for the selection and cultivation of more excellent youth teachers in the future.
