On January 21, the Department of Social Sciences of Ministry of Education issued the “Notice on the Establishment of the General Project of Humanities and Social Sciences Research of Ministry of Education in 2020”. Dr. Li Xueping, a teacher from the College of Foreign Languages of TYUT, received the program fund for youth scholars on the project with the title “The Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment of College Students’ English Reading Proficiency in Computer-Based Testing”.

The approval of the Ministry of Education project is one of the important achievements of the CF in 2020, and it has also marked a good start of the CFL’s scientific research work in the new year of 2020.
